Warranty Policy

Vision Home Products Inc. provides a limited Warranty on all of its products. This Limited warranty covers manufacturer defects and extends only to the original purchaser, starting on the date of purchase.

Please note that any warranty services or questions must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and a Product Return Number (PRN). Vision Home Products Inc. will offer no warranty service without this information.

Java Concepts Products extend the warranty period for one year. For Casa Bellante Products the warranty period is 90 days. Please note there is no warranty coverage for glass breakage.

During the warranty period, Vision Home Products Inc. will offer a replacement of the product or full refund of original purchase price at Vision Home Products Inc.'s discretion, without charge to you. Shipping fees on defective products sent to Vision Home Products Inc. will be incurred by the customer. Shipping fees of replacement items returned to the customer will be incurred by Vision Home Products Inc. 

No reseller, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty. The warranty only covers normal intended use of the products.

Do not return your product for servicing without first speaking to Vision Home Products Inc. Customer Service to obtain a Product Return Number and further instruction.
